Berry House

Berry House was constructed between 1892 and 1898 as a fermenting house.

We were appointed for the restoration and refurbishment of the building to provide serviced office space.

Work included the restoration and repair of damaged brickwork, replacement of the roof, new services and interior fit-out We linked two halves of the building with a new glazed stairwell.
