These four new build houses were built on a tight north London plot. This led to difficult negotiations with the borough planning department, whose initial misgivings were dispelled by the clever layout of the units on site.

Each house is stepped back from its neighbour to maximise exposure to daylight.

Each house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living area. They are finished to the highest specifications.
